How do I decide which marquee is right for me?
The first of the two main choices is the Traditional Marquee (old style cream canvas with wooden poles) or secondly the Frame Marquee (modern aluminium pavilions with white PVC covers) The main distinguishing difference between the two types is the support system. Inside the marquee the only difference, once dressed, is central king poles of the traditional style. Frame marquees can be sited on hard standing or grass lawns whereas the traditional style tents can only be located on lawns due to the fixing requirements. One point to remember when choosing between the two available structures is the necessity of providing additional room around the perimeter of a traditional marquee for the guy ropes. Frame Marquees make better use of limited spaces as they are free standing units and are pinned via the base plates located on each leg. We supply frame marquees throughout the year but traditional marquees can generally only be hired from May to September.
Lighting plays a major role in setting the mood for marquee events and we have a wide range of lighting equipment to transform the interior atmosphere.
We offer a full range of furniture for hire with or without the rental of a marquee. Our chair hire range includes: Banqueting chairs, bistro chairs, folding chairs, poseur stools, high chairs & rattan sofas and chairs. Our table hire range includes: Trestle tables, 3’ 4’ 5’ 5’6” and 6’ round tables, poseur tables, rattan coffee tables, catering and cake tables.
We supply dance floors and stages for hire with or without the rental of a marquee. Our traditional parquet dance floors have been a firm favourite for many years. Black and white chequered effect portable dance floors are also stocked in all sizes. Stages are available at 12” or 24” heights along with cat walks and podiums.
Our linings are available in White or Ivory pleated trevia and can be complimented with coloured infills to match your theme. We can also transform interior locations such as showrooms, warehouses, village halls and barns into customised settings with the addition of wall and ceiling drapes. In addition to linings we can provide reveal curtains that can screen off sections of the marquee. This gives a fantastic surprise element for dance floor areas, especially when complimented with a star cloth roof. The following chart shows the colours of infills that can be used in conjunction with the base colour.

BAR TOPS: Illuminated bar counters provide that extra magical touch to any event. With a simple to operate remote control you can choose one of the seven colour options or use the colour sequence change setting with varying speeds. We also provide wooden bar counters with space for glasses etc.
HEATERS: We stock heaters designed especially for the marquee industry. Each unit has a thermostat control located inside your marquee for your convenience and enough fuel for 8 hours of continuous usage. We will advise you on the size and quantity that you will require based on the time of year and the size of your marquee.
We supply portable toilet trailers for hire with or without the rental of a marquee. Our re-circulating toilet units are ideal for events where access and space is limited. The units are self-contained, electrically operated toilets with no drainage requirements whilst in use. The vanity area is fully equipped with soap, hand towels, mirror and hot & cold water. Each unit will cater for approx. 200 guests for a normal evening function. A 240v electricity supply is needed to operate the cabins.
