I would like to thank you and Ashley for all your help over the past year. Your flexibility, through the changes of venue and requirements, has been much appreciated. I would also like to thank your team who were a pleasure to have around and extremely helpful tying bunting in high places!

We had a wonderful time on Saturday – thank you for your part in it.

Working with Oxford Marquees for our event was an easy, efficient, and entirely successful experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating always. They’re responses were consistently quick, reliable, and thorough. In throwing a large gala for nearly 300 people, we faced numerous logistical and financial constraints that required us to change our initial plans with regard to the marquee. They also ensured they were able to meet our various needs and offer alternative solutions when we needed guidance. Installation of the marquee ran exactly on schedule. The crew installing the marquee was equally as accommodating as the staff working behind the scenes and never hesitated to consult with event about specific details of the marquee’s installation and use, also offering guidance when they could see it was necessary. The marquee far surpassed our expectations and left our guests feeling luxurious and cared for, for the duration of the event.

We are so grateful to you all, for your expertise and hard work over the last week. It was an amazing occasion for us, made all the more so because of our total confidence in the Oxford Marquees team. Everything worked perfectly and our little tent city looked beautiful and was warm and dry. We had numerous complements from our guests about how well the marquees worked. The clear up this week was so efficient, you would not know we had ever had a party here.

Having now married off all our daughters, I don’t suppose we shall ever do anything like this again but we have some splendid memories and we thank you for your help in making the wedding a complete joy. We hope you will pass on our thanks to all your team.

I’d like to thank everyone involved. Ashley showed great patience whilst I was trying to make my mind up about different little things. His measurements must have been good, I couldn’t believe the size of the marquee and now it’s gone I still can’t believe it. The folk who did the work putting it up and taking it down were all very cheerful despite the rather confined space and the steepness of our drive and the heat. I was very impressed that you left a phone number which worked when we got back in the early evening.

Your marquee was a superb centrepiece for our 40th anniversary. It acted as the hub that we wanted it to be – and this was made extra special with the carpet that you kindly installed for us.

Great service. We wanted a marquee for our site’s 40th anniversary and Oxford Marquees Ltd helped us choose the right size/shape marquee for the area we had in mind and the scale of the event. From the beginning they reassured us we could delay ordering the exact numbers of tables and chairs to the week before which proved very helpful for us. The team who arrived to put up (and take down) the marquee were courteous and professional and kept to time. The marquee served as the ideal central hub for the party where many memories were created. Many thanks

I searched for a marquee to fit quite a tight space adjacent to my house. The staff at Oxford Marquees were helpful right from the start and continued with excellent service throughout design, erection and dismantling. They did what they said they would do without any prompting or chasing. I would definitely use them again.

Our parties were both fun and your marquee perfect, we were delighted to be dry and warm! June weather! The marquee men were great and very respective of our garden which we appreciated. I hope we can do business with you again.

Dear Lianne, Last week we had a wonderful wedding reception in our garden for my daughter Laura.

I need hardly say that it would not have the undoubted success it was without the professionalism of the designer Ashley Cooper and Mark and his team who set up the marquee and took it down.

Ashley was extremely flexible in his approach and met our requirements for changing the layout due to fears about the state of a tree, with that calm and supportive approach which I am sure you already greatly appreciate. He was an exceptional ambassador for the company and my daughter told me that was the reason why she chose Oxford Marquees from amongst their competitors.

I also greatly appreciated the Expertise Mark and his team took to the setting up and taking down of the marquee. Mark was particularly supportive and went out of his way to ensure that not only the marquee was set up effectively, but the electricity supply links were made much more robust that we had planned. His team were also great company and we enjoyed observing their professional approach to their tasks.

Thank you so much for helping make the end of year ball for our Leavers such a special night.  You all worked incredibly hard to help us pull it together and it was an experience all our students will treasure, I am sure. Special thanks to the individuals who helped with the decorations for the marquee which looked fab, the entertainment amazing, the mocktail bar a hit and ensuring that we all got to have a successful, stress-free and safe evening.

I am writing to thank you and all of your support guys for the fantastic marquee that you supplied for my daughter Emma’s wedding last weekend, it was a very large marquee and every detail was perfect.

However the stand out factor for me was the friendly manner in which ALL of your team conducted themselves, in particular Mark, who handled my daughter with such patience, I have always found Simon equally brilliant. I don’t know what you pay those guys but it is not enough (I’m sure you won’t thank me for that!!)

To conclude we have owned a busy events company for over 25 years and have worked with all of the major marquee suppliers and all the so called top end ones, if it is a family hosting a marquee wedding who want quality, the personal touch and a stress free experience then Oxford Marquees are that company!!!!
